The Journey of Rajesh and the Founding of BITS
Rajesh’s journey began in the 1990s in Muscat, Oman, where he managed complex offshore oil rigs and supervised teams of up to 500 personnel, ensuring seamless operations under the most demanding conditions of the time.
His career progressed to more senior roles in Brunei’s premier oil and gas enterprises, including Senior Project Engineer, Operations Manager, and Technical Director. In these capacities, he spearheaded multi-million-dollar initiatives, optimizing production efficiency and pioneering advanced drilling technologies.
After having accumulayed this wealth of knowledge, Rajesh established our company to deliver world-class services on large-scale projects for industry leaders such as Brunei Fertilizer Industries (BFI), Shell Brunei, and TotalEnergies. Today, we continue his legacy, executing turnkey solutions with precision and foresight.
